TVWSD is in violation of UIC permit 13-369, Section I (REQUIREMENTS FOR MONITORING GROUNDW A TERS OF THE STATE) for exceeding the established ammonia Upper Control Limit (UCL). For the quarterly period beginning July 1, 2013
through September 30, 2013, TVWSD was out of compliance with the three (3) week rolling average for the ammonia UCL established in UIC permit 13-369 of 0.5 mg!L for the TVWSD treatment plant effluent.
