Summary:
The DEQ/WQD conducted a compliance inspection of the facility of June 14, 2012. Results of effluent water samples collected during the inspection showed exceedances of E.coli and total residual Chlorine. Discharge Monitoring reports submitted by Country Meadows have documented 30 exceedances of permit effluent limits dating from January 2010 to the present date. Parameters in violation include; E. coli, BOD percent removal, total residual Chlorine, and total suspended solids. The DEQ/WQD has issued multiple Letters of Violation for these recurring effluent violations since January 2010 to present the actions taken by the owner in response to the past LOVs have not been successful in achieving consistent compliance.
