Summary:
Snowy Range Resorts dba Albany Lodge, operates a wastewater treatment system which is permitted to discharge through the WYPDES permit WY0052451. The DMR's for Fourth Quarter 2010 were not complete due to failure to sample for required parameters which include: Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), percent removal of TSS, percent removal of BOD, and pH at outfall 001. Only one BOD sample for the quarter was collected in December and analytical results for the sample were above the permit limit. DEQ issued a previous Letter of Violation (LOV) to Albany Lodge for failure to submit the required Annual 2010 DMR which requires a sample of Oil and Grease to be collected, analyzed and reported. To date DEQ has not received this report nor a response to the LOV, which are violations of the permit requirements.
