Summary:
The current permit expired on October 1, 2010. Submittal of a permit renewal application containing the information required under Chapter 2 should be received at least 180 days prior to expiration of the current permit. This permit has not been submitted. Because the submittal date was missed,there will be insufficient time for the DEQ to review and renew the facility's permit before the October 1, 2010 permit expiration date at which time this landfill will be operating without a permit. Within 30 days after execution of this AOC, stipulated requirements should be in process.
