Summary:
An Annual Inspection was done on July 15, 2010 and found that Snake River Sporting Club LMO was abandoned. The last annual report for this operation was submitted in 2004. There has been no activity or reclamation since the previous LQD inspection conducted October 24, 2007. In 2009, the company filed for Cahpter 7 bankruptcy and their authorization to conduct business in WY was revoked by the Secretary of State for non-payment of taxes. DEQ/LQD recommends forfeiture of Sanke River's $10,000 reclamation peformance bond issued by the Jackson State Bank.
