Summary:
The Town of Superior operated a wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) which is permitted to discharge through WYPDES permit number WY0021806. The treated effluent is discharged to the Horsethief Canyon Creek. Superior has documented numerous exceedances of fecal Coliform, numerous missed sample, and reporting errors on discharge monitoring reports which are violations of WYPDES permit conditions.
