NOV & Order Docket No. 4304-08 was issued by the Department on July 8, 2008 to Blaze-On Construction of Kemmerer for failure to reclaim the two referenced Limited Mining Operations. (Airport Pit and Blazon Gap Pit) There has been no response to the NOV and it is now apparent that the company is out of business. Blaze-On Construction, Inc. was administratively dissolved by the Secretary of State's Office on June 5, 2007 for non-payment of taxes. LQD recommends that the bonds be forfeited at this time.
