Summary: The State of Wyoming Air Quality Division is proposing to meet specific requirements established under the Regional Haze Rule, 40 CFR part 51, through the adoption of a BART (Best Available Retrofit Technology) rule. The BART rule requires the operators of large, older sources to examine visibility impairment from such sources and apply additional controls if necessary.
