CALL TO ORDER - Introduction of Council Members & Staff
EXECUTIVE SESSION 3:00 p.m. on August 1, 2017 the Council will convene the August 1st and 2nd 2017 meeting. Immediately after convening the meeting the Council will vote to go into Executive Session for legal advice.
In Re Brook Mine LLC 2 Docket 17-4802 This matter will be taken up for deliberation and vote on August 1, 2017 at approximately 4:00 p.m. immediately after the Council exits the Executive Session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION Discussion of personnel issues. Will occur on August 1st immediately after the Brook Discussion.
Final/Public Hearing
DEQ Uranium Rulemaking Public Hearing Docket 17-4101 Rules for new Uranium Recovery Program. Includes new Chapters 1 through 10. The hearing will begin at 9:00 a.m. on August 2, 2017
