Air Quality Rule Making begins at 9:00 a.m. Docket 15-2101 The proposed rulemaking will involve revising Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations Chapter 8, Nonattainment Area Regulations. Chapter 8, Section 1, Introduction to nonattainment, is being revised to reflect the addition of a new section to the chapter. Section 6, Upper Green River Basin permit by rule for existing sources, establishes requirements for existing oil and gas production facilities, and compressor stations, located in the Upper Green River Basin (UGRB) ozone nonattainment area. Section 10, Incorporation by reference, is being updated to adopt by reference from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) for July 1, 2013.

NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND ORDER
Dampier Lodge Docket 15-5201 The NOV orders you to: 1) complete cathodic protection system testing and submit the results to the department, which is required for TOU tanks using cathodic protection; 2) complete a minimum site assessment, which is required for tanks that have been TOU for more than 3 years; and 3) obtain both a licensed Class A and Class B Storage Tank Operator for the underground storage tanks at Dampiers. The NOV also includes a fuel delivery prohibition or "Red Tag" Order. The Red Tag Order will not be lifted until you have submitted cathodic protection system testing and obtained a licensed Class B Storage Tank Operator for the facility.
Fire Island Holdings Docket 15-5202 The NOV orders you to: 1) meet the requirements for tanks that have been TOU for more than 6 months, and 2) obtain both a licensed Class A and Class B Storage Tank Operator for the underground storage tanks at the Pub Place C-Store. The NOV also includes a fuel delivery prohibition or "Red Tag" Order. The Red Tag Order will not be lifted until you have a licensed Class B Storage Tank Operator for the facility.
Etna Trading Company Docket 15-5203 The NOV orders you to: 1) meet the requirements for tanks that have been TOU for more than 6 months; 2) complete a minimum site assessment, which is required for tanks that have been TOU for more than 3 years; and 3) obtain both a licensed Class A and Class B Storage Tank Operator for the underground storage tanks at the Etna Trading Company. The NOV also includes a fuel delivery prohibition or "Red Tag" Order. The Red Tag Order will not be lifted until you have a licensed Class B Storage Tank Operator for the facility.
Southside Service Docket 15-5204 The NOV orders you to obtain both a licensed Class A and Class B Storage Tank Operator for the underground storage tanks at Southside Service. The NOV also includes a fuel delivery prohibition or "Red Tag" Order. The Red Tag Order will not be lifted until you have a licensed Class B Storage Tank Operator for the facility.
South Main Sinclair Docket 15-5205 The NOV orders you to: 1) meet the requirements for tanks that have been TOU for more than 6 months, and 2) obtain both a licensed Class A and Class B Storage Tank Operator for the underground storage tanks at the South Main Sinclair. The NOV also includes a fuel delivery prohibition or "Red Tag" Order. The Red Tag Order will not be lifted until you have a licensed Class B Storage Tank Operator for the facility.

Teton County Horse Thief Canyon Landfill Docket 15-5903 Administrative Order on Consent for the Horse Thief Canyon Landfill
Town of Wheatland Docket 10-5907 Submittal of a permit renewal application is required at least 180 days prior to expiration of the current permit. The permit for the Townof Wheatland landfill expired onSeptember 1, 2010, and a renewal or closure permit appliction has not been submitted. Therefore, the landfill is currently being operated without a valid permit. The Town has notified the DEQ that it plans to close its landfill and transfer waste to another permitted, but currently unspecified, disposal facility and needs additional time to prepare a closure permit application. Case was closed on 01/18/2012 and re-opened on 12/20/2013. Case reopened 04/06/2014 to modify AOC
Town of Lusk Docket 15-5904 The AOC purpose is to establish a schedule for the Town to take specific actions related to its enrollment in the Cease and Transfer Program.
