Summary:
Hearing was held on Jan. 16, 2004 via video conferencing. Two persons filed motions to intervene. Both persons, in time, moved away from Bairoil. One did not respond to recent correspondence and did not pursue her motion. The NOV was issued for violating the hydrogen sulfide standards. There was no odor violation found at the residence of one of the intervenors. In the end, there was only one intervenor left.
