Summary: Chapter 1 is being revised to add definitions and a new list of acronyms to the regulations. Changes to Chapter 2 will incorporate a re-instated Federal 1-hour ozone standard into State rule. Chapter 3, Section 2 is being modified to remove outdated language relating to opacity readings of steam plumes; Section 6 is being changed to incorporate the most recent definition of volatile organic compounds by reference to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Chapter 5 and Chapter 11 are also being modified to incorporate recent changes to the Code o fFederal Regulations into State rule by reference. Incorporation by reference is an annual effort .
