Sandy Crossing Ent has been out of compliance for a Chief and Backup Operator since it was sold in 200 I , Sandy Crossing was notified of the operator certification requirements in December 2001. Curtis Martin was fired as the Chief operator in January 2002. Mark Huffstettler was terminated as the Backup operator in July 2002 leaving Sandy Crossing without certified operators. Sandy Crossing appealed and never pursued the matter.
