Unless ordered by the Council all filings made using the EQC online docket system will be available by the public with the exception of Exhibits. Exhibits will not be available for viewing by the public or the Council until such time as the hearing officer in a particular case has received such Exhibits into evidence.
Notice: All documents submitted on this site must also be sent to the EQC Office. Filings that are more than 25MB may not download fast enough for use during a hearing before the Council. Please contact Council staff to discuss possible options.
