In Re Twenty Mile LLC Docket 22-4502 Forfeiture of $10,000.00 bond, issued by American National Bank, for reclamation of mine licensed to Twenty Mile LLC
In Re RDG Il and Gas, LLC Docket 22-4501 Bond Forfeiture of $10,000 bond to reclaim land near Kaycee Wy on land owned by TTT Ranch Company. RDG Oil and Gas, LLC is no longer licensed to do business in Wyoming.

Motion to Dismiss In Re Big Horn LLC Docket 21-3601 WYPDES permit objection. The Permittee is objecting to the changes in the renewal of WYW0027731. The Permittee is objection to due process errors when they didn't get notice or opportunity to comment on the permit renewal.
Final Order Docket 22-2801 Appeal of DEQ AQD permit issued to Asphalt Specialties CO. Inc.
RULEMAKING HEARINGS
Uranium Recovery Program - Chapters 3, 4, 5 and 9 Docket 22-4101 Proposed revisions include: Updates to the incorporation by reference dates, correct citations to federal regulations and correct a previous drafting error.
LQD Noncoal Chapters 7, 9 and 11 Docket 22-4102 Proposed revisions to Noncoal Chapter 7 include revisions intended to comply with Legislative changes to W.S. 35-11-406 regarding public involvement in permitting actions and to address WY Attorney General (AG) comments generated during their informal statutory review. Chapter 9 includes revisions to also comply with the legislative changes to W.S. 35-11-406, update fee's in accordance with the 2021 legislative fee amounts, update chapter to conform to current Secretary of State Rules on Rules and response to the AG's informal statutory review comments. Chapter 11 revisions include correcting an editing error made during a previous rulemaking, addressing Legislative Service Office comments regarding statutory references, updating to conform to revised W.S. 35-11-406, and addressing AG's informal statutory review comments.
LQD Coal Chapters 10 and 13 Docket 22-4103 Coal Chapters 10 and 13 are proposing revisions to comply with the Legislative changes to W.S. 35-11-406 regarding public participation in permitting actions, addressing informal statutory review comments by the WY Attorney General's office, and updating rules to conform to the WY Secretary of State's Rules on Rules.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS Items that are not on the agenda which only involve administrative issues governing the operations of the Council.
EXECUTIVE SESSION If Necessary The Council may call an Executive Session at anytime during the meeting.
